Our second session ofR.I.F.T. Phiitwill begin this Tuesday May 31st @ 6 pm in the Arboretum.
Session one was a blast! The spring rain couldn't stop us from working out in the great urban areas of Ottawa!
After 4 weeks of training we are ready to push our hill running, sprinting, parcouring, skipping, spider man pushups, handstands etc. to new levels. Sebastian and I (Avril) look forward to Rifting with our regular Riftors and welcome new comers who have yet to take the giant leap and join us for some fun and very effective Running Intervals & Functional Fitness Training!
