Running up the last hill on Thursday night in the Arboretum was tough! I came pretty close to reaching Nirvana.... or was that just a little dehydration..... I better drink up for the National Capital 1/2 Marathon tomorrow morning.
Next week we will have a break from R.I.F.T.ing to recoup and enjoy some new and familiar sites with our eyes and cameras. R.I.F.T.icous™ #2 is going to be amazing!

Rift 2; Week 3
Amazing! After completing 2 weeks+ I feel the result inside out! Lost 1/2 inch all over, cardio is up, strength is up and I'm keeping up with the best of them. My biggest accomplishment: getting over the mental block of 'I can't'. I'm not a typical outdoors/'workout 'til you drop' person - I'm usually ready to throw in the towel after 10 minutes of panting but yesterday I made it up the hill (read: STEEP hill) 5 times! Best work out I've signed up for bars none! Thanks Sebastian and Avril! - Marie-France
